What this is

NJ-Story Publisher is a private app run by Nader Alzghoul. It publishes his own NJ-Story episodes to his own Instagram account @nj.story.ar, Facebook Page NJ-Story and YouTube channel NJ-Story. It is not a public service and nobody else signs up or logs in.

Who may use it

Only Nader. If you watch or comment on NJ-Story, you do not use the app and you accept nothing here. You use Instagram, Facebook and YouTube under their own terms.

Content

The episodes are Nader's own work. Public comments stay the property of the people who wrote them. The app reads them only to decide the next episode, as described in the privacy policy.

Third-party platforms

The app works through the official Instagram, Facebook and YouTube APIs and follows the terms of Meta and Google, including the Google API Services User Data Policy. If a platform changes or withdraws access, the app can stop working.

YouTube Terms of Service

The app uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

No warranty

The app is provided as it is, without guarantees. It may fail, publish late or not publish.

Privacy and contact

How data is handled is in the privacy policy. Questions or deletion requests: naderalzghoulbusiness@gmail.com.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.

ما هذا التطبيق

NJ-Story Publisher تطبيق خاص يديره نادر الزغول. ينشر حلقاته من NJ-Story على حسابه في إنستغرام @nj.story.ar وصفحة فيسبوك NJ-Story وقناة يوتيوب NJ-Story. وهو ليس خدمة عامة ولا يسجل فيه أحد غيره.

من يستخدمه

نادر فقط. إذا كنت تشاهد NJ-Story أو تعلق عليه فأنت لا تستخدم التطبيق ولا توافق على شيء هنا. أنت تستخدم إنستغرام وفيسبوك ويوتيوب وفق شروط كل منها.

المحتوى

الحلقات من عمل نادر. أما التعليقات العامة فتبقى ملكا لأصحابها. يقرؤها التطبيق فقط ليقرر الحلقة التالية، كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.

المنصات الخارجية

يعمل التطبيق عبر واجهات إنستغرام وفيسبوك ويوتيوب الرسمية ويلتزم بشروط Meta وGoogle، بما فيها سياسة بيانات المستخدم في خدمات Google API. وإذا غيرت منصة شروط الوصول أو سحبته فقد يتوقف التطبيق عن العمل.

شروط خدمة YouTube

يستخدم التطبيق خدمات YouTube API. باستخدامه فإنك توافق على الالتزام بـ شروط خدمة YouTube.

بلا ضمان

يقدم التطبيق كما هو دون ضمانات. قد يتعطل أو ينشر متأخرا أو لا ينشر.
